About Us
The Islamic Cultural Center of Niagara Falls not only serves as a masjid for Muslims, but a center of understanding and community for the greater Niagara Falls area.
The Masjid's doors are open daily to all of the community (muslim & non-muslim). The masjid is directed by Dr. Mohammad Salem Agwa. Imam Agwa has a PH.D from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. Aside from his duties as the local Imam, Agwa also teaches courses in Arabic Language and Culture at Niagara University.
The Masjid is open for daily prayers as well as community enrichment. Classes in Arabic Language, culture, and Islamic History are taught Fridays & Sundays for men, women, and children. Family & Marital Counseling is also offered by appointment.
